According to The Humane Society of the United States The Humane Society of the United States) , The decision to spay or neuter your pet is an important one for pet owners. It can be the single best decision you make for his long-term welfare.

Getting your pet spayed or neutered can:

Reduce the number of homeless pets killed

The ASPCA has additional information on the need for and benefits of spay/neuter.

STAF’s certificate program works with a number of veterinarians and clinics to provide low- cost spay/neuter. STAF’s Don Williams Animal Healing Fund works with the same veterinarians to provide assistance for veterinary costs.
